Osteopath D.O.

Luc Payrouse

Osteopath trained at ATMAN, specialising in fascias, cranial osteopathy and paediatrics; founder of One Osteo Singapore.

Luc Payrouse learned osteopathy from his father, Jean-Luc Payrouse, an osteopath with forty years of experience, with whom he shared a practice for more than ten years. He graduated from ATMAN Osteopathic College in 2011 (valedictorian of his class, with a thesis on connective tissue and tensegrity) and has been practising since 2010.

He has since developed a comprehensive approach to osteopathy integrating joint, myofascial, cranial, visceral, emotional, embryological and energetic dimensions, enriched by some fifteen postgraduate trainings with leading international figures in the profession and by training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and acupressure).

Passionate about teaching, Luc taught for over twelve years, notably as pedagogical director at the Atman centre, and has taken part in several osteopathic humanitarian missions in Africa and South America. He joined One Osteo in Kuala Lumpur in 2023 and founded the One Osteo Singapore clinic in 2026.

His practice serves all ages, from infants to the elderly, with a particular focus on fascias, cranial work and paediatrics. Each consultation is approached as comprehensive patient care, listening to the body as a whole rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Luc speaks French and English.
